- All rates include: seasonal fruit baskets, homemade muffins, juice and much more. You will receive a detailed list upon booking. (Please see amenities for further information)
- State and local occupancy taxes will be added to all room rates.
- A two night minimum stay is required on holiday weekends.
- Friday, Saturday and holiday nights are $135.00 double occupancy. Each additional person is $35.00.
- Sunday through Thursday rate is $110.00 per night up to four people. Each additional person is $35.00.
- Children under stay free.
- Check In hours are between 3:00 ? 6:00 PM. If you are arriving later than 6:00 PM please call to make arrangements.
- Check Out is 11:00 AM.
- Children are welcome and those under the age of 3 stay free.
- Pets are welcome. We request a maximum of two but please inquire at the time of reservation for exceptions if more than two will be coming. The charge is $25.00 per pet per stay.
- Oak Grove Guesthouse is smoke-free indoors. Smoking is permitted outside the house. A charge of $150 will be added to the bill for a cleanup charge of any guest who smokes inside the Guesthouse.
- Honesty goes a long way. Events happen beyond our control. Just call and talk to us if you must cancel for a family emergency.
- No shows are charged the full amount of their reservation.
- A 50% pre-payment is required at the time of booking your reservation or 90 days prior to your arrival date whichever is less. The balance will be due at check-in.
- Any cancellation made 31 days or more prior to arrival date is subject to a $50.00 processing fee. For cancellations made 15-30 days prior to arrival date, a refund of 50% of the pre-payment amount will be issued. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival date, the full pre-payment amount will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
